Sel Health 0.5% is available from AHD Limited in 1l, 20l and 200l pack sizes.
Only recently has attention been paid to animal requirements for selenium. Until 1957, selenium was not considered to be essential for animal health. However, over the last 20 years it has been found to be an essential trace mineral.
SelHealth 0.5% is used for the treatment of Selenium deficiency, for treatment of White Muscle Disease in sheep and cattle and the treatment and prevention of selenium responsive ill thrift.
Administered through drench gun – 1 part 0.5% SelHealth to 4 parts water.
It is recommended that Selenium should be used under veterinary guidance to prevent possible toxicity.
