Colo P Colostrum Powder
Indication:
Forms a suitable clot for ingestion improving digestibility by young calves. Keeps the acidic conditions of the colostrum favourable so the beneficial bacteria (good bugs) are more active in competing with pathogens.
Features:
- Recommended mixing rate of Colo P will aid in the preservation of fresh, clean colostrum or milk
- Proven NZ formulation that has been in the market for a number of years
- Will preserve colostrum and calf milk for 2-3 months
- Pathogenic bacteria (bad bugs) dislike acidic conditions and become less active
- Acidifying the milk encourages better and faster clotting in the stomach
- Accelerates fermentation
Active Ingredients:
2-Hydroxy-1
2, 3-propanetricarboxylic acid
Dosage:
Mixing rate – 1 gram per L of fresh colostrum or whole milk
2 kg will treat 2,000 litres of colostrum or whole milk
Do not over stir
Withholding: Nil
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place and close container after use. Keep away from direct sunlight.
